Police and judicial spheres, the ANGARDI keeps track surveys, prosecutions, search and seizure and destruction of seized goods. All this success is a reflection of abroad and tireless work that includes training programs and training aimed atprofessionals who perform work at borders, ports and airports.

1st DISTRICT TRAINING SEMINAR FOR MILITARY POLICE TO COMBAT PIRACY

The 1st District Training Seminar for Military Police to Combat Piracy took place on August 2nd and 3rd, 2011, with the objective of training 1,300 military police to combat piracy in the Federal District.


TRAINING PROGRAM AT Acadepol RJ

For 350 Federal Police, Federal and State Highway Patrol, and Military Police officers and experts (May/2011).


ANTIPIRACY TRAINING PROGRAM

Training in São Paulo, on June 30th, 2011, for 300 people, including prosecutors and police officers.


MEETING WITH THE DIRECTOR OF COANA (GENERAL COORDINATION OF CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION)

On the agenda: suggestions for improvements in procedures for the protection of Intellectual Property rights and proposed changes relating to procedure, applicable deadlines and confidentiality.


MEETING WITH PROSECUTORS AND JUDGES

On the agenda: Exchange of experience and clarification on the difference between Copyright and Industrial Property legislation. Contact with prosecutors and judges in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Parana, Sao Paulo, Minas Gerais, Goias and Mato Grosso do Sul.


1st IACC training program in brazil

Held in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and Santos, on June 14th and 16th, 2011, respectively. The event was the result of a partnership between ANGARDI, Dannemann Siemsen Advogados and the Brazilian Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The training course in Rio de Janeiro had 42 civil servants from the IRS and representatives from 25 companies who presented their products. In Santos, 68 customs officials were trained and representatives from 24 companies were present.


ACADEPOL - RJ

In May 2011 a training course was held in Rio de Janeiro for 350 federal, highway, civil, and military police officers and experts at ACADEPOL - RJ.
